can take a while if there are a lot of updates that particular one needs... as long as there's activity on the intune screen, just leave it alone and let it do it's thing..

got it to go through, there was no activity on my intune screen it was just a blank screen with the intune logo at the top ...

how long should it take for the first update im having this same problem been about an hour. unplugged it plugged it back in still not done?
