Oil Change Percentage Reset
2013 Ram 1500 Laramie, 5.7L Hemi.
I returned the truck back to stock today (from the 87 Octane stock tune), prior to taking it in to the dealer for some maintenance, the oil life indicator was reset from ~60% to 0%. I see others have reported this issue, but have not gotten any meaningful reply ...

Re: Can't Restore Original Backup
I'm happy to report that I was able to contact tech support yesterday and Diablo was able to reset my Intune and get it to properly restore - and then re-tune- my truck.
Thanks, Guys!

Expanded Tech Support
Has Diablo ever given any thought to bettering their tech support availability? I would doubt I am alone in not being able to match non-working hours to available tech support hours. While I wouldn't necessarily expect 24/7 support, or even expanded hours during the weekdays, I bet there are several ...

Can't Restore Original Backup
Attempted to restore the original backup on my '13 Ram 1500 Laramie, as I am taking it in for a bunch of dealer work on Monday AM. Plugged in the tool, selected Tune Vehicle/Restore Vehicle and got this error message: "PCM Calibration for <VIN> might need an update." Hmmm. Hit the red 'X' to try to ...

Product Registration Issue
Connected the DCX to my PC. It loaded the drivers and appears to have updated itself. It presented the registration window and I entered my info. Never received the reg code (and still haven't). Got tired of waiting and unplugged the DCX, did the tuning - that seems to have gone OK - and then ...

Re: RE: Re: RE: Re: RE: Huge Concern
Many thanks to Johan for supplying the modified ESP parameters for my tune and answering some pretty basic questions (like, should I select 'Yes' or 'No' when the Predator asks if I want to reset all parameters during custom tune install? - The answer is 'Yes').
This is the customer service we ...

OK. Meaning the PCM s/w itself was updated by Chrysler - or did they just update the 'ID' for kicks and chuckles? Any clues on what they may have changed?mikel wrote:It is the calibration ID of the software in the PCM.
It comes from Chrysler.
Thanks!

What exactly is a 'Cal ID"
Hey all -
Updated my 7135 to Release 9r12 yesterday and when I first attempted to load it to my '08 300C, I got the message 'Your vehicle needs an updated Calibration ID'. I dutifully followed the instructions, downloaded the update, applied it to the car and then did the 91 OCT tune. All seems to ...

Re: RE: Re: RE: Re: RE: Huge Concern
A quick follow-up question...
When the next CROM comes out, will the custom tune Johan provided need to be modified, or will I be able to merely to upload my current custom tune after I flash the car with the newly released performance tune?
Thanks!

Re: RE: Re: RE: Re: RE: Huge Concern
As stated before, the torque management uses the same spark table for traction control, we reduce torque management, we also reduce the effectiveness of ESP when triggered.
We can and have made custom tunes for people that have this concern, your shifts will be a tad softer but ESP will work more ...

Hey Guys -
I'm reading all these threads trying to absorb the community knowledge, but there's a couple of things I don't understand that I haven't noticed answered (BTW, I've got the 7135 with the 91 octane tune installed on the car)...
