Alternative to using the Ignitor software for updating

(EDIT: Sorry for giving the impression that you didn't need the i2 registered first - if you can't get it registered, give support at Diablosport a holler on the phone. Be patient, please...)

I've not had much luck with the Ignitor software, seems unstable - at least on my computers ...

Re: 2005 Magnum / Ignitor group loop

I also had problems getting the i2 to update in either Windows or Linux. The new Ignitor updating software has left me less than impressed with it. You can update manually, and it is really easy to do. If your Ignitor software starts automatically when you plug in your i2, exit out of it before ...

Re: intune 2 adustments

I "think" I got into mine by loading the 93 Octane tune first, then going back in and modifying it - I could modify the fan temps then, and do remember seeing fuel/spark settings also. Try that and see if my gray cells are still functioning properly...

Re: Problem with i2 and 2016 challenger srt392

Do what I did to finally get my i2 updated - close Ignitor if it is open, go to https://www.diablosport.com/downloads/ and copy all the files from the i2 (the i2000 section) and place them in the root of the i2 drive (where info.xml is located), let it update that way instead. Wait until it ...

Re: Lost Linux Updater directory..

Okay, managed to get everything updated by just downloading the updates and dropping them in the root of the device. Can someone please copy up the .jar file that was in the Linux directory so I can mkdir Linux and paste it back in on the device? :D

Go to the main homepage, use their app there - enter your info on your truck. It will steer you to the proper device. Enjoy!

Lost Linux Updater directory..

Got the I2 today, along with the ECU. First thing I do is plug I2 into my Linux laptop (don't own Windows or Mac, do have an Android tablet...) then try to log into my wireless lan. It won't accept the Enter button after I enter my password, so I change to the I2 drive, change to Updater/Linux ...

Re: InTune touchscreen very intermittant

The inTune uses a resistive touch-screen instead of the capacitive touch-screens that smartphones/tablets use. This means that it really works better with a plastic pointer - it needs sharp pressure to register the "touch". I use a spare stylus from an old first-generation hand-held device (Palm ...

Re: I spent $400 for a paperweight?!?!?!

Wait! You had a inTune 1000-DCX and you want to use it on a Ford now? And you are upset that you can't? That's like buying an app in the Apple Store, then getting mad because you bought an Android phone and can't run it on that phone! They may look alike on the outside, but the DCX is an entirely ...

Re: Latest I-1000-DCX releases here

If you haven't done it already, you need to re-post your question in the inTune 1000 section (no DCX after it), the DCX section is for Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep users. Although they look the same, the inTune 1000 and inTune 1000-DCX are different inside.

You'll get a better response from the inTune 1000 ...

Re: First Tune--unsure and need help

Try posting to correct area, this is for Dodge/Chrysler / Jeeps. On those, the Diablo tune is for 93 octane, can't answer for. GM products.

Ok, thanks for the reply. If you need a beta tester for it, contact me via email (but not until mid-May, had to order from factory, was told 6 weeks to two months for the build.) Love the work you guys are doing, love the DCX!

Does the inTune DCX work with the 6.4L Dodge Scat Pack 6-sp?

I did a real quick search on the forum and couldn't find any info on the Challenger Scat Pack with the 6.4L engine (and manual 6 speed transmission). I just ordered one (trading in the 2012 300c with the 5.7L) and would like to transfer over the inTune to the Challenger (dealer wants the 300c back ...
