can't download PCM tunes. i get to the menu where it gives me the different tunes, when i select any of them i get the option to download them or read them. i tried several times to read, and fails when it gets to 99%.

i have been trying to update from mac and PC, and from a PC i get an error that quotes calibration ID:KJDH3N2. and it doesn't let me update until it is registered.

please help
