Ok, got that going. One more thing... my suction cup mount is broken. The threaded part that snaps into the back of the trinity has completely broken off, now there is no way to mount my trinity. is this common? How do I get a replacement? Thanks

I'm having the same issues on my 2014 ram 1500 5.7. I've plugged it back into the computer several times already. downloaded the crom to my tool and everything and still nothing.

So I plug my trinity into my 14 ram 1500 5.7 and it says my cal is not supported. says I need to downgrade to version AE instead of AK.... what the heck is that all about and how do I go about doing that? Please help!!!!!
