Thanks for replying and updating your solution.
My i2 was in the "Please Wait" mode for 45 minutes before I unplugged it, USB, plugged it back in and did a repeat update. Seems to have taken the new updates. I was then able to load custom tunes to the i2 that loaded to my vehicle. So far, not a ...

Hey Skyhawk,
When you sent your i2 back how did you handle your OEM tune upload/download/restore? Were you locked out or are they able to recover your factory tune?
