Hey everyone,
I have a blank screen upon power up of my trinity. The led tree lights up but then nothing. I have tried different USB port on my computer as well as the OBD II port in the truck all with the same results. Any ideas or help would be appreciated.

So I'm the proud owner of a Trinity for my '13 Ram 1500 5.7L. I have a few newbie questions for you...

1- does the tuner have to stay attached to the truck once I have installed a tune? Or can I install said tune then put the tuner back in my house for security?
