Can you email a copy one of these logs to [email protected]? Please upload the copy off the tool before it's opened with DV2. DV2 saves extra information to the file and we'd like to look at a raw log.

Connect your device to your PC and run the Update Agent program to make sure your device is up to date. There were issues in the past with streaming from the device through DataViewer that have been fixed. If Update Agent has issues, try again tomorrow. I've heard they were having technical issues ...

There is a conflict with another program using a different version of the dlls on your PC. Download the attached zip file to your PC. Extract the files from the zip and copy them to the folder where DSDownloader.exe is installed. You should be all set.

Traded in my 12 Challenger SRT M6 for a 16 Challenger Hellcat A8. I love what dodge did with the auto. Impressive tuning in that thing. Stock for now, but that will change soon

Try updating the one you posted the info.xml file for now. It should download a calibration update.

Let your tool stay connected to the internet for a couple minutes and try again. The tool has to sync its internal clock up with internet clocks for https connections to the server. It should only take a minute or two.
