Ok does my warranty start when the tool is actually useful?

When this problem is resolved over 3 months of my warranty will be gone, and there's a newer and better i2 out that I would purchase if I wasn't stuck with this tool.very frustrating.

I have the dead pedal issue also. Been waiting for 2 months and it's getting frustrating. To compensate us for the trouble, diablosport should give a free upgrade to the i2. Without some type of customer satisfaction support I will never buy another product from this company.
