The predator is not capable of performing a force calibration update on a Stage 2 pcm. You would need a i1000 or i2010. We do offer a $100 trade in credit.

The last round of updates was two-stage so we will load the first stage manually. To get it up to date, please download the attached update file to your Desktop, then copy and paste the file into the INTUNE drive. It will import on its own and disappear from the drive.
