Matt's got it nailed... the wiring for the IMRC solenoids on the back of the intake manifold is short. Have to unplug them BEFORE jacking the motor up to install the headers. Got to looking around...talked to another guy w/simular setup.... ran the 93Oct/CAI tune w/+2 WOT fuel. Car felt better (less surge) and no CEL's (so far). Last written tune & datalog attached.
