How do I go about getting a custom tune for my 14 Challenger R/T?

In installed my tune into my 2014 Challenger R/T and my car wouldn't start. It began then shut off after about 2 or 3 puffs. I went to put my stock tune back in and went through all the steps until the end when it said "turn power off" which I did but the tuner wouldn't read my vehicle was off. I ...

I'm in the same boat I just purchased mine and every time I plug it in and write my vehicle says something about calibration needed to plug in the PC...been on hold the last 15 mins and now 4th in the shoot to be answered. Hopefully I can get this resolved.
