Just an update for those who are interested. Do NOT use Bosch O2 sensors, at least on a 2003 Cobra. As soon as I replaced the front one with Ford OEM, problem went away and haven't seen the error in a couple of months. Ford OEM are over twice as expensive, but they work and no error code!

Thanks. I bought some Turbo 108 octane booster and will try that. Can't hurt anything I guess. I wanted to boost the octane and use the 93 pulley tune, but I think I'm going to invest in a dyno tune and see how that goes.

In our town, no one has 93 octane. 92 is rare, 91 is common. I'm using the 91 Pulley Tune, but would like to use the 93 before I end up with a custom dyno tune. But I'm concerned about octane. Ok, sounds good. Quick question though... since I will turn off the rear sensors and they appear to be working, can I simply swap the rears to the front and front to the rear and then turn off the rears, or are they different parts?

Just wanted to say thanks! I bought a plate off ebay and installed it in like 3 minutes and it did the trick. Simply amazing that such a minor, quick adjustment like an IAC restrictor plate did exactly what you said it would do. Again, thanks!
