Just had this happen to me today. Had a CEL went to check it and is stuck on the "please wait". The tune vehicle menu loads fine. Didn't try loading anything though.

I dropped the file on the I2 drive. It will display on the I2 that the file is already present. I looked through the tunes folder and all it shows for my VIN are the last tune and the backup.

Got a custom tune from my dealer. Applied it to the Tuner and it recognized the file when transfered from my laptop. Went to the car to flash the ECM and the custom tune button is grayed out.
