I had the same problem with Avast condemning the "InTuneUpdater2.exe" file. In fact, Avast removed it from the tool. Luckily, I had backed up the I2 right after I got it a few months ago, so I just copied that file back to the unit.
I checked that file with 5 different anti-virus and anti-malware ...

Is my Updater infected with Malware???
So, long story short, I just recently received a new I2 under warranty after my old one suddenly died. This new one updated fine the first day that I got it, and I loaded a tune onto my truck, which is still on there right now.
But now (about a week after the initial update), I went to check for ...

Re: Help! Tuner is completely locked-up!
Thanks for the reply.
I talked to another guy named Mike at your tech support, and he basically said that I need to send the tuner back to you guys.

Help! Tuner is completely locked-up!
So, I admit that I'm an idiot, but I was running the scan tool on the I2 when the ODB2 cable was accidentally disconnected from the tuner.
I tried re-booting it, but now, it won't do anything past the agreement screen. I can't even push "yes" to get to the main menu. It just doesn't do anything ...

Re: Mileage when buying a modified ECU?
I thought that was odd too. I ordered my stuff ecu/programmer with a supercharger kit. It took a little over a month to get the stuff and when I ordered it I gave them the mileage plus 100 miles since I drive my jeep about 50 miles a week and they said I would get my kit in 2 to 3 weeks. When I put ...

Mileage when buying a modified ECU?
Hi.
This is more of a question of curiosity than anything (not meant as a complaint) - from what I understand, the truck's odometer is not associated with the ECU for 2015's that need a modified ECU to use the tuner.
So why then do you guys require us to give you a mileage reading when ordering ...

Sorry for the Noob Octane Question
Again, I apologize, since I am sure that this question is asked a lot. Apparently, my search-ability sucks, though.
Until I get a custom tune, I am going to use an Easy Tune. It seems me choices are 87, 91, or 93 octane.
In my area, my gas choices are 87, 89, or 92 octane.
So my question: Am I ...
