I have fired the connection on my inTune and need the stock file for my Jeep. What is the difference between the TMC file and the PCM file. Where would I find a stock file for a 2006 Jeep 4.0L?

I have a 2006 Jeep LJ with a 4.0 L6 running a Banks Turbo. I am having problems with a PO 172 and PO 175. From the long lists of common problems that could create the error, Is there a known single characteristic that causes this problem? Where should I start
