I have a 01 Chevy Silverado 3500 4wd with the 8.1L and the rev limiter is set at 3000 rpm while in park, neutral, or while driving. How do I change the limiter to give me a higher rpm while driving? I have no take off power unless I keep it under 3000 rpm nor will it shift gears till I let off the ...
