Re: Getting PIDs into logging selection

Sean did my tune and I told him about this issue. I just sent him the datalog using the default values and he said that gave him everything he needed for my car (2013 Charger SRT8) since I wasn't running a 180 degree thermostat. If I was, this would be an issue.

You may want to send Sean the ...

Norton Security (PC) quarantines latest update exe

Today I ran the updater and Norton Security gave me a popup stating the file had a "poor reputation" and quarantined the file (deleted it). I had to dig through Norton and tell it to restore the file. I did that and the 2nd time I ran it, Norton put in a firewall rule to stop it from connecting ...

Did your custom tune really flash? Better check to make sure

I've had a number of issues with the i2 and worked with support via phone, email and here on the forum. I recently found out that my custom Hemi Fever tune was not actually flashed even though the unit reported it flashed successfully. I kept having a backpressure error code pop up that was supposed ...

Re: Getting PIDs into logging selection

I don't think you are doing anything wrong. I had the same problem and phone support told me it shouldn't happen, but couldn't provide a workaround or resolution. You may try using the email support form and see what they can do.

Re: Unable to Register new I2 - "Invalid Serial Number"

I sent in an email support request through the online form. Got a response back within 30 minutes (not bad) and was told to try again. I was able to successfully register this time, so I guess they added my SN to the db.

Re: Hosed again: Stuck at "Please Wait" on new i2010

Didn't hear back, so I just called during my lunch and the tech did a registry reset which resolved the main issue (for now). I am sure that next time I restore to stock, I will have to go through this process again.

I don't know if it's an issue with the unit, my model of car or a combination of ...

Re: Hosed again: Stuck at "Please Wait" on new i2010

Just tried to call during my lunch break to be told you were closed for training until 1pm CST.

EDIT: Left work early around 3:30 (CST), so I could call during business hours. Tech had me email the current info.xml file and said he would have an engineer look and call me back or email me a fix ...

Re: Not able to Update, Register and to load crom

Windows 10 didn't assign a drive letter to my new i2 initially, although it did automatically install the drivers. I suggest you uninstall any drivers you installed for it since newer versions of Windows should have the drivers already. After that, you may want to manually assign a driver letter ...

Re: Reputable custom tuner

He's the guy I used for my 2013 Charger SRT8, so I agree that you made a good choice. When I searched the various charger forums, it was always him and Johan for recommendations. You can't go wrong with either one of them.

SOLVED: Unable to Register new I2 - "Invalid Serial Number"

To add yet another issue to my new i2, I am not able to register it on the Diablosport website (https://www.diablosport.com/register.html). I first tried entering the SN on the box and kept getting a message that it was invalid. Tried to verify the SN in the i2 itself, but there isn't an option I ...

Re: Hosed again: Stuck at "Please Wait" on new i2010

The device was working fine (as far as flashing tunes) through several tunes, but I had to restore to stock for a dealer warranty repair. Got my car back and tried to reflash my custom tune and get the dreaded "Please wait" just like I did initially. Do all intune i2's have problems like this or did ...

Update: I spoke to the Diabotech phone support and they walked me through a regsitry reset which corrected the "Please Wait" issue.

Hosed again: Stuck at "Please Wait" on new i2010

I got my new i2010 in the mail today and immediately ran the update on my PC. I then hooked it up to my 2013 Dodge Charger SRT8 and it said it needed an update, so I ran the update utility again on the PC and it updated. Hooked it back to the Charger and it did a calibration flash and then did ...
