No it does not. I spoke with your rep on the phone today and also got an email saying that the tuner need to be sent in for repair.

Same issue with me. Same screen wether plugged into truck or mac. I also tired it on my buddies PC with the same result. Only files listed in i2 drive is tunes / log / runtime / updater / info.xml
