Hey I have a Trinity and a 2017 Charger Scat Pack.
I can upload and install PCMs just fine.
I can upload TCM just fine, it says either loaded or already loaded.
But when I go to put it in the car, it doesnt show anything under the custom tune TCM option.

We have an issue with the tuner on our 2014 Charger R/T. We have been trying to call the service number but everytime we'd get queued out by closing time. Yesterday we were queue 2 an hour past closing and today queue 4 at closing.

We took our 2014 Charger R/T in to replace a wheel speed sensor and update the power train program. Since then, the check engine light has kicked on and the tuner will not upload our tune, just says it needs to be updated. I updated it several times and still not working

Yes my mcafee will Quarantine the updater, says it's a Trojan. You have to turn off the real time scan temporarily
