Just got a 2016 Mustang GT 2 weeks ago. I also updated my Intune device about 3 weeks ago (1 week before getting my car). I installed the JLT intake today, and then I plugged in the Intune device. It booted up. and when I clicked on "Write Vehicle", it said my PCM needed to be calibrated/updated ...
