And when I skip that I have no throttle when I put the truck in gear.

I just received my tuner yesterday and and tried to install it, I get a messege that says "There are control units in this vehicle that are not currently supported but can be read...." If I select YES then it said cannot be read. If I select NO then I can install the tune but it disables my throttle ...
