Six month check in from my original post. Is there a fix for the issue yet?

That would still not give me all of the options normally available under that menu, specifically cooling fan control. Is a fix still in the works?

I started this thread over 4 months ago and it still no resolution. Is there any possibility of this issue being resolved? I am positive I am in the correct menu, obviously more users are having this issue what can be done to fix it? Do you give refunds for your product not working as advertised?

I still have the same issue, I'm in the correct menu and all I see is what is in the screen shot I posted. I can get those options one time if I return the vehicle to stock but then I have to return the vehicle to stock each time I want to change options in that menu. I honestly just have up in it ...

I got a chance to try it last night. Once it updated I could load the tune to the Jeep, thank you for getting it working! I was curious to see if cooling fan options and transmission shift firmness options could be added?

I've had this product a week now and it still does not work and I have not had a response since Friday from customer service. What kind of time line can I expect here. I realize sometimes there are problems, I would just like to stay updated as to when it may be fixed.

I just got mine earlier this week and purchased an extra license for my Jeep Commander, the tuning on my 300c does not seem to be complete and it tells me that the vehicle is not supported when I try it on my Commander. Just purchased a new i2 for my 2007 Jeep Commander Limited. I have an 06 300c 5.7l.

I have the same issue, I only see the options for MDS and coolant fan settings under modify stock tune, I don't have those options with any of the pre-set tunes. I would like to both disable the mds and adjust coolant fan settings for a 180 thermostat on the 93 tune.
