Re: AEM wideband and EAS cables

Re: AEM wideband and EAS cables

I’m curious about the calibration screw on the gauge. What does the T2 read at idle, and what does the AEM gauge read at idle

To whom is this directed at? The AEM wideband reads correctly. It works 100% fine on HP Tuners even. I removed the EAS and unmarried the T2 and HPT had literally zero ...

Re: AEM wideband and EAS cables

have you confirmed you are getting proper 0-5V signal at the EAS input?

I've wired it exactly how it says to in the EAS manual, and how support told me to. I've wired the AEM 30-4110 exactly how the manual says to. I've input the custom scaling, and the T2 and AEM read no where near each other ...

Re: AEM wideband and EAS cables

Have to love DiabloSport, and my "highly recommended tuner". Both have been literally zero help getting this thing to read correctly at all.

I'm never using either product again. I've literally had better experiences tuning 80's 2.2 turbos in my back yard.

0 v = 10
5 v = 20 for gasoline
They did, and it still reads incorrectly. Every single DS product I've had has never once read analog input afr correctly.

Re: EAS Data Logging

Found the custom scaling, input the table, and it still displayed incorrectly. I really don't know what it is but I have zero luck with every single DS product I've ever used.

Re: AEM wideband and EAS cables

So I got the cables, got it wired up at a garage professionally, and the displayed value is nowhere near what my wideband is telling me. I set the values to custom and input the table that came with my AEM 30-4110 and the T2 still doesn't agree with my wideband.

This happend with all of my i2's as ...

Re: EAS Data Logging

Use the manual setting like there was no manufacturer. I have a LC2 wide band which is not on the list, so I enter 10 AFR = 0 volts and 20 AFR = 5 volts
Look at the documentation from AEM to see the upper and lower range is.

I know the bounds for the AEM, but I can not find this manual entry. I ...

Re: EAS Data Logging

there is an option to enter your own scaling as opposed to selecting an option from the list.

I didn't see it the 4 times I looked, but I'll look again when I get out of work. I assume it's under "Scaling"? All I saw was a voltage output it the bottom and then a bunch of manufacturer specific ...

Re: EAS Data Logging

I 100% should've read the forums before doing this. I have a T2 and EAS in my 2004 SRT-4, that duster360 is tuning, and it doesn't even read the same as my 30-4110 AEM UEGO gauge. The T2 says 15.08 when my gauge reads 14.5-14.7 so I don't really know what's going on. It was installed at a ...

Re: The dreaded "Please Wait"

I updated my Intune i2 today, went and installed the 93 tune on my '04 NSRT-4 and modified the fan parameters for my 180 degree thermostat and flashed it no problem. Started my car and the check engine light stayed on which was weird since it wasn't on before. I turned the car off, hooked up the i2 ...
