I connected i2 to a Windows PC and updated it by i2 updater and ignition.

I bought an i2020 and ran the tune on 2016y Explorer Platinum after update. But i2020 shows that unsupported vehicle!! What causes this problem?

2016 Explorer Platinum w/3.5 ecoboost is supported?
