Will it keep the parameters of the procharger tune if it is reflashed or should i just have a custom tune done?

I have a Procharger kit off of an 01 Bullitt that i am putting on an 03 GT that came with a Diablo Chip HGH2SC30. Will this chip work? I think the calibration code on the 03 is NPF2J09B but i am not sure this tuning stuff is new to me. I usually just use the tune in the predator but i know that is ...
