I just received a new tune from a Daniel Gomberg @ Tech Support. Should I load this tune or wait until I know someone has reviewed my log files?

I have had some issues and concerns about the different tunes since I have installed. I was inquiring about a custom tune so I have emailed log files and responded to a question that was asked. I have now sent 3 emails over a 2 week period with no response! Can someone there at least communicate back.

2015 GMC Sierra SLT 6 speed 5.3 V8 w/ K&N cold air intake. I have the diablo tune installed with firm shifts, and DOD off. I am running 91 octane gas and have run 3 or 4 tanks of gas from different stations thru it thinking it was the gas but it doesnt seem to matter. what could be causing this? It ...
