I have an 06 Chrysler 300 SRT8. I bought a used unmarried i1000. I'm having a heck of a time getting it to work.

I took some screen pictures so you can see what it's telling me. I tried with 2 laptops to update the tool.

The updates load on the laptop side, but I don't see the tool react or ...
