i2 tuner is not installing custom tune for some reason

Received new custom tune from tuner. Loaded it on i2 and ran Ignition updater. When I try to install on truck I get to the step where I highlight the tune that I want, then it asks to verify, I tap "yes" and nothing happens. Any suggestions??? Thoughts???

Wireless Updating of i2

I thought that I knew a good bit about PC's, routers, etc. until I received these ferrite beads. The instructions have you install one of them on the OBD2 cable and the other on the USB cable?? I'm lost man.
