updater show this error, sometimes it says "the request could not be performed because of an io"

I tried to update it but now its on white screen only, even if plug in into a supported ford mustang 06 gt, could you please advice on what to do there?

Hey, so I recently sold my mustang 06 GT and "unmarried" the i2. I also have a Chrysler 300 v6 3.5L 2006, so i plugged in the i2 into the car and said "vehicle not supported" so I went ahead and used the new ignition updater, (the device was not updated for like 6 years?) so I got around 15 updates ...
