For some reason I an notdownload the custom Tune Instructions???
Don sent me a custom tune for my truck, and I would like to read the instructions prior to getting my truck back fro the shop.

Don, you are an absolute ROCK STAR. Guys don had a Custome tune back to me in HONESTLY 5 minutes of sending him what he requested. I have NEVER experienced customer service like this before.

What is the cost to have a custom tune written?
Can I put my truck back to stock, if I use the custome tune?
Is there any way to run the 8R10 version untill I have my EGR delete done?

I was doing some research last night, and the tune that worked best for me so far seemed to be the 8r10

I just update from the R84 to the R10. I had a new CPU installed on my truck and after some help from Diablo figured out that I need to update the Predator.
My question is the R10 seems to work great on the truck, should I update to the R04? If so why, I guess I am curious as to what the r04 ...

HOLY SMOKES DIABLO YOU ROCK,
All I had to do was fax in the work order stating my CPU was replaced, call Diablo's Tech support and they literally had me back up and running in 5 minutes. AWSOME

What is the Fax # to where I can fax the portion of my bill stating they replaced the computer?

I am 99% sure I uninstalled the programmer prior, but maybe not. Any rate they didn't flash the CPU, they replaced it.
The 7r84 program is reinstalled.

Ok I tried to do that and on my computer it says the download was successful, However on the programmer it tells me that the tool was improperly upgraded, and to downgrade to the previous version.

What now????
