I cannot open tune vehicle and scan tools in hide mode, but settings I can opened. this is inside INtune menu. What can i do?

How you can let the tool import it? After I saved the attached files to the intune drive. I run the windows updater. Nothing happened. Same message is showing. The Tool OEM is missing.
