Very impressed with their customer service. Called the support line was on there for maybe 15 minutes. They asked me to ship the tuner in and they will repair or replace it depending on the severity of the damage. I was tols its a hardware issue and there is nothing they could do over the phone ...

New to Diablo - My tuner is stuck. Whenever I plug it into my Ram or Laptop i get a"An internal update has been installed that requires a reboot. Please unplug your Trinity briefly to cycle the Power.(1)" No Matter what I do I get the same screen pop up.

Any help is appreciated ...
