Quick update - the tune is in and I did some adjustments and it it very good so far / thanks for the assistance I am pleased with the results! I would not hesitate to recommend one to anyone looking to improve the performance on a gm truck

OK that worked ! I had an old Mcfee account that was the issue..now that is done ... NOW I just hope the tune will load for me... Thanks again Lew may be reaching out for a custom tune in the near future...

I clicked real fast on the right file not the exe and it says I do not have permission -This may be the issue with all my tuning problems ...not sure how I can get this file to open tried many times will not work and if I don't click fast the file disappears leaving only the exe which is not the ...

Tried to update the device many times will not run ...
inTuneUpdater2exe is all that shows and never runs for me ?

update wil NOT take tried it mult times even on a laptop will not do the update not sure why but I would like it to be able to run updates periodically... only shows intuneupdater2.exe file???

I loaded the update-plugged in the I2--went to truck it read the pcm/tcm..now sates send files to diablosport? I have to send these again and then tune? does not appear to take the tune just yet?

wont even let me update on the computer and it will read the TCM not the PCM over 1 hr with Tech support Friday send email and no answer still ..I really wanted this to be smooth that s why I went this route vs black bear -I even have an auto cal just hate all the nonsense associated with it..

Keep us posted I have the same truck and I cant get my tune to work. Very frustrated to say the least I bought this based on being basically plug and play. Had it almost a week and it is a paper weight. Would not let me update on my windows computer and then the truck would not read the pcm ...

Good morning -opened my new I2 on Friday headed to my computer plugged it in and it will not let me update it... Call tech they have me plug in my truck reads PCM but not TCM... Have a ticket opened sent files ect..I really want this to work and want it to be easy that is why I chose this over ...
