I cannot get this to work on my truck. it keeps telling me that the pcm calibration may need and update attempt a backup read. when i do that it goes thru and tells me to email the unknown backup file to support. I've done that but have not heard back. Mikel did reach out but i dint have the files ...

here are the backup files. it tells me that the ppm might need calibration then tells me i need to sent the files to support.

I HAVE A CHEVY COLORADO 2.9 4 CYL. I KNOW THERE WAS ANOTHER POST ON THIS TOPIC BUT WITH NO UPDATE. THE INTUNE WILL NOT READ MY PCM. IT READ AN "UNKNOWN PCM" AND THEN WILL ONLY LET ME TUNE THE TCM.. HAVE THERE BEEN ANY UPDATES ON THIS ISSUE
