I'm getting the same error, but if I let it go, it goes to "writing" on the intune. Where do I save that file to on the Intune?

So it's been a while since I've had an Intune and now I'm back with one. I plugged it in to update and the i2 updater comes up...is this correct?

So I let it go and update with the"group_update.itfg" file and it does its thing, but all the intune will do is say "preparing" and just sit there. Does ...
