more than just a refund.the time that we had this thing sitting around should account for something,and the stress and BS we have been getting!

I know eventually they will get it fixed but we at the very least are losing warranty time every single day that it is unuseable. I know some users are on 3 months so far thats 12.5% of the warranty period at this minute.

We all know that a poduct once out of warranty significantly decreases in ...

Ok u guys are giving me the run around.I called today twice and the guy told me to all i have to do is yada yada yada...the basic update procedures.Why are u guys acting like u dont know about the calibration issue on ur end.ITS TELLING ME TO CONTACT DIABLO!! So what is really going on???
