I talked to a great Sales Rep at Diablosport who hooked me up with a trade-in of my old i2 system for a i3 and a PCM swap for a good price. He was great at pulling together a deal that met my needs!
I got the PCM and i3 last weekend and installed it on the new Daytona 392 and man ...

Re: Updated my ride, want to tune it
Coolness, thanks Mike!
It "woke up" your Scat Pack?!?
I didn't know it was sleeping!
Maybe it's because I'm coming from the Pennstar, but the 392 goes like a bat out of hell now, can't wait to wake mine up too!
Thanks,
Pete

Don't know if you're interested in more hardware, but I've heard that if you get the Z Automotive Tazer there is a special combination of buttons that resets that "learning of your driving habits" stuff...

Updated my ride, want to tune it
So, long time user of an i2 on my V6 Charger, I absolutely love it!
Brought that Penstar to LIFE!
Well the kid needed a new car, so my daughter got the wife's Hyundai (yea I wasn't there when she bought it) and my wife is now driving my old 2015 V6 Charger.
And I am now the VERY proud owner of a ...

Re: Will it ever say it's up to date?
Mike,
OK thanks, like I said when I plug it into the car, it works like a champ, so I'll leave well enough alone.
Although I haven't actually used it on the car since installing the 1r01d update you gave me, so I will re-install the diablo tune when I get home... Just in case there were some ...

Re: Will it ever say it's up to date?
Mike,
Not sure if it's updating correctly now or not... looks like not...
I copied the file you gave me to the root of the device and it did the update (or whatever it was supposed to do) and then a new screen said it was updated and asked me to press "Continue" to reboot; so I did.

Re: Will it ever say it's up to date?
And again I'm saying Thanks to Mike! :)
I will install this in my inTune as soon as I get home!
Man, now I'm really glad I asked about this. Like I said it seemed to be operating fine when I hooked it up to my Charger, AND I can definitely notice a difference between the Diablosport tune and ...

Will it ever say it's up to date?
OK I have just ran the update 5 times in a row...
I click on the update file in the Windows folder and I never even get a chance to click "CHeck for updates", it just starts...
A progress bar goes across the bottom and each time it copies a group_update.itg file to the device.
Then it gives a popup ...

Thanks Mike,
Yea the engineer in me knew that it couldn't possibly just revert to an old tune without a flash command.
they COULD get that sophisticated, but it would be a lot of effort for a small subset of us flashing our PCMs...

Disappearing tune?
This is really for Mike L as he gave me a (what I presume) is a beta update for my inTune, and a special tune he made specific to my Charger...
So I doubt this will really effect anyone else but me... but Mike is not taking PM's :)
In another post I pointed out that I couldn't disable Traction ...

Fantastic, Thanks!
So, if I just copy that file to the root folder of the device, it will recognize it is a install file and just run the upgrade automatically? (cool beans...)
Obviously I haven't done anything like that before...
I will try this when I get home.
