We have a 2015 Ford Expedition EL with 3.5L Ecoboost. Do you offer a tuner for this setup?

Thought i've been running Diablo tune for the last 160,000 miles but...
I can't get the factory tune to restore on the Ram. It just gets to the "Preparing" screen and immediately freezes up. After researching issues on the forum I suspect that my dealer reflashed PCM 2 years ago on my last visit ...
