Have your issues been resolved? I'm having some of the same problems.

So, it's been a couple month now and my device is still froze on the screen above. Can't do anything. Can't update, can't tune my vehicle. Basically it's utterly useless.

Ya, I have it installed on my truck. It was updated and installed before the ignition updater. I've been scared to plug it in to my truck after the new update. It's weird and not working plugged into my computer. I don't want it to make my truck broke down. I would like to plug in and change tire ...

Now it says device error and to contact tech support. Guess I'll have to call if I ever get a chance during business hours

Tried using the ignition updater and this is what I got. The device is froze on the screen you see, never goes to the disclaimer screen. Need some help here please.

I2 for a 2015 ram 2500 6.4 hemi. The device is up to date, but it says it unable to adjust tire size after I've selected the size I want. Just trying to change to a 35" tire.
