I tried to update my Ebay-bought intune DCX but it says I need to register product. When I went to register it online it doesn't let me register the older intune DCX...how can i do it?

I am trying to load a custom tune from Johan on my DS Intune and when I load it it says its loaded and shows in the folder labeled "tunes" but when I disconnect it from the computer and try to load it int he car its not there anymore.

I recently bought an unlocked, unmarried DS Intone DCX on eBay that was listed for the 2012 Durango. However, since I already had one in my challenger i ended up using the one for the durango on the challenger. So, now that I got the one from eBay i tried hooking it up to the durango (i unmarried ...

the device was not removed, or its married to a different vehicle.
Post the info.xml file from the tunes folder and I can tell you what its married to.

Shuts...My device has only been to my challenger and I thought i had unmarried it and thats why I had hooked it up to my durango...I thought it ...

so that means that this device can only work for my 2011 challenger even thou i already put my challenger back to stock mode and unslaved the tuner from the car? I just need to know my options because at this point i am considering buying a new one where i can have both cars.

i had this in my 11 challenger rt but I put it back to stock since I took to the dealership. Can this tuner be unmarried from my challenger and then be hooked up to another car?

so i got it back from my pc and now when i tried to hook it up to my durango it gives me this message:

I did in my mac and i finally got the DB Tune back inthere. However, When trying to hook it up to my durango now I get the same message :PCM needs calibration:...I already hooked it up to a pc twice and still getting the same message.

I have 2011 Challenger RT and had been using my tuner with no problems until today. I tried to update and all of the sudden i get this message and i looked into my firmware and I have lost the DCX Tune DB. Anybody else had this problem or can tell me how to resolve it?
