Same problem here. For a 2017 silverado 5.3. Hopefully tech support can get us updated asap!

Ignition will not update my i2. Comes with a message saying "powerteq cloud was unable to update your device. Try again in 15 minutes". This is for my 2017 silverado 5.3. Tuner also will not update through my wifi. How do I fix this?

So, just to make sure I get what you are saying. It IS out but not a reliable tune? Last I called they told me they have a test vehicle but were still having issues.

Mike L. I have waited on hold numerous time for tech support for well over 30 min. If I don't see 2017 Silverado support this month I will return my tuner and go with HP. This is nuts!
