Welcome to diablosports awesome customer service get use to it. I decided to drop another $400 one a sct x4 tuner because of the shitty product and service I've received from diablosport in the past 3 months. At least with my new tuner I know the customer service is much better.

06 mustang gt. He said since he reset the tuner and the car still has an aftermarket tune on it I will have to have the car reflashed. I think he's thinking the tuner was unlocked but that's not the case. It was reset so it was no longer in recovery mode. But if I go to restore car it says it can't ...

They told me I'd have to take the car to the dealership and have them reflash my pcm.

I finally talked to a tech at diablosport today... Apparently since I had the tuner reset now I have to have my pcm reflashed in order to use my tuner. I was not informed of this when I had it reset and now I have to pay to for the reflash! I don't understand why I can't just have the tuner ...

It wasn't in recovery mode when I bought it. It worked ok when I bought it. About 2 months later is when the problems started.

Same problem with mine. And I only have an hour lunch break to call each day. I sit on hold that whole hour. Even made a thread on my issue with no response. I've had nothing but problems with this tuner since I got it. Sucks if I have to spend another $400 on a new tuner when I just got this one 3 ...

Someone help I need this fixed! I spent good money on a tuner I can't even use.

The tuner was stuck in recovery mode. Called and had it unlocked and tried to load factory time back to the car and had this code pop up. car is currently running lean on the tune it has on it so really need this problem resolved.
