Struggling to update a T2 that has previously connected and tuned a 2011 Ram 5.7....

I've emailed support with no reply?

My customer has also emailed support and had a case opened but not heard anything? Has anyone had any issues of the T2 just failing to update over & over?

I am wanting to use a I3 on a jeep srt8 and the previous owner said the vehicle has a tune loaded but the original intune was stolen so there is no backup available.

How would I go about uploading/getting a stock tune?

Also is there any way of saving the tune that's already on the vehicle?

Still not got the MDS delete option in the intune, whose the best person to speak to about a possible update? Or look into why it's not working?

Still struggling with my intune i2 not allowing me to modify parameters on the 300c Hemi?

I've recently connected my intune I2 to my new laptop and downloaded the ignition program, when I plug my intune in it doesn't connect, it just stays on the screen saying the program will connect when it detects a device (or something along them lines) but it doesn't seem to detect the tuner?

Thanks for the reply, It only offers "tune select" & "quick adjust" when I select advanced tune? In quick adjust it just offers Tire size, transmission & traction control.

I've got the intune I2 for my 2005 300c Hemi, it doesn't have the MDS enable/disable option, is it available for this?
Also does anyone know if you can access the MDS enable/disable for a 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee Hemi aswell? Thanks Nick
