All the same problems here on my 14 Jeep with little-to-no hope in sight. Between updating, logging, loading emailed files etc nothing is working.

I'll try again tomorrow... closed now. I tried 4 times today, each time I was caller #25+ in the que.

No response on the forum and a never-ending hold on Tech Support line.
