It may be a poor ground or even poor connections at the battery. The Throttle actuators are very sensitive to voltage changes.

The diablo performance tune in that revision, is a 93 octane tune. I have that revision on my predator and it works well. Don't upgrade and you won't need a custom tune.

That code is for the heater circuit o2 sensor, bank 2 sensor 1. That shouldn't be fixed with custom tune. There's likely a fault in the heater circuit wiring or the sensor itself. I was having issues with my Predator connecting as well. It seems the usb serial adapter I've got wouldn't make good contact at the predator serial connector. I added a serial cable between the usb adapter and the predator and haven't had a problem since.

I'd suggest working on getting more traction, rather than more power at this point. From what describing, your wasting a lot of energy and speed spinning your tires.

In third gear, the torque converter will lock up at light throttle. It's not very noticable with the stock converter, but with a higher stall converter it would be. I'd bet that's what you're feeling. Either that or your OD switch isn't working. Does the, OD off, light come on in the cluster?

There are no gains worth speaking of, with a cold air intake on a 99-04 mustang 4.6. If you want the look, go for it. If you want performance, do exhaust and gears first.
