i would like to ask if there are any update i report that bug of data logging since 24th august with case number 330401 but still nothing fixed

and now every time i hook my device to ignition software it's say there are update r80 and it's update but after reboot it's say there are ...

I am not sure but I think its related to software update issue

I just purchased new device my dealer have updated for me I notice same issue after more digging I found after update data logger not working after try new device without update work to make sure we update device then data logging stop ...
