It seems I have a locked tool. I'd like to unlock it but I dont know how to contact with diablosport to do so. Maybe in this forum?

Hi, when I try to update the tool I get an error message (attached pic). And if I go under options -> Show last tune written -> Original backup at the end I see a VIN number that is not mine (pic attached). Maybe the tool is locked??? Thanks a lot guys.

I have a 2007 (2007-14 model) ESV Cadillac Escalade and recently got a U7194 to tune the car but Im not being able at all. I have already done the following things:

0.- Tool is using u194-9r09 software. I got u7194-9r10.crom file but I haven`t managed to update it.
