I returned my car to stock because i upgraded to an I3. Love Diablo. But my buddy tried to use my old tuner and is getting vin locked. I thought i did it right??
What can i do?

apparently my 2014 Dodge Charger R/T Hemi AWD had files they hadn't received before...so after 11 days, 2 phone calls and 3 emails...I might have something tomorrow or the next.

Tuner needs update...tuner is up to date?
So excited for my first upgrade and...nothing.
Tuner is up to date in Ignition software but tuner scans 2 file taking so long...than tuner needs update.
