I just received my I3 for my 2018 silverado 1500 5.3l, tried to tune my truck and and its telling me the tuner needs an update and to connect it to ignition. When I do that I just receive the page telling me to add a license or to add an extended warranty. What gives? when I purchased the tuner it ...

Ok so I'm new to this and was wondering if everytime my intune updates do I have to retune my truck? Sorry if I am being a bit ignorant but just wanted to make sure. Thanks in advance.
